The terms that govern use of this site and any services provided through it.

Scope and precedence
These terms govern your access to and use of this website and the content on it. They are not the terms of an engagement. Where you have signed a master services agreement, statement of work or other written contract with 0DB, that contract governs the services and prevails over anything on this page.
This site is informational
Everything published here describes capability. None of it is an offer, a quotation or a warranty. Product and interface visuals are illustrative, built to show behaviour rather than to show a live deployment. Case studies are published anonymised. Timelines, durations and figures describe past engagements or typical scope, and are not commitments in the absence of a signed contract.
Permitted use
You may view these pages and use the site to evaluate 0DB for your business. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute or create derivative works from the site or its content without our prior written consent, and you may not mirror it elsewhere. Software or materials offered with their own licence terms are governed by those terms.
Restrictions
You may not use the site for anything unlawful or prohibited by these terms; interfere with or disrupt it, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or the systems behind it; harvest it by automated means beyond ordinary search indexing; or, if you are a competitor of 0DB, access it to monitor its availability, performance or functionality, or for any benchmarking purpose, except with our prior written consent.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the platform, reusable components and capability IP described on it belong to 0DB or its licensors, and nothing here transfers any right in them. Under an engagement the position for your own material is the reverse: your data, the models fine-tuned on it and the application built for you remain yours, while the reusable platform remains ours. The engagement agreement, not this page, sets those terms.

Privacy and cookies
Your use of this site is also governed by our privacy policy, which sets out what personal data we collect through the enquiry form and through your visit, and how we handle it. This site uses Google Analytics to measure in aggregate how the site is used, which sets cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can block or delete those in your browser settings, and the privacy policy describes the other choices available to you.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 0DB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THIS SITE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify 0DB, its officers, directors, employees and agents against any claim, liability, damage, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third party’s rights.
Export and legal compliance
You may not access, download, use or export the site or its content in breach of applicable export control or sanctions laws, and you agree to comply with the export laws and regulations of any relevant authority.
Availability
The site may refer to products, programmes or services that are not announced or available in every country. A reference does not imply that 0DB intends to make them available where you are.
Governing law
These terms, and your access to and use of the site, are governed by the federal law of the United States and the laws of the State of California. Any proceeding relating to them shall be brought in a state or federal court in California, and you and 0DB agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The revised terms take effect when posted, so please check them from time to time. Any new feature added to the site is covered by them.
